During the meeting, senior members of the community outlined customary considerations traditionally applied when identifying suitable candidates for the position of Induna.

The discussion included:

• Candidate should be married.
• Candidate should maintain an independent household within KwaGudlucingo.
• Preference was expressed for candidates who are unemployed under circumstances applicable to KwaGudlucingo.
