The Mndozo Traditional Council is led by Inkosi Kubheka, supported by Izinduna and council members who serve each isigodi.
The traditional authority follows the established governance hierarchy: the Inkosi provides overall leadership, Izinduna serve as headmen for each isigodi (ward), and council members represent community interests in governance decisions.
Youth representatives ensure that the voices of young people are heard in council deliberations, particularly on matters of education, employment, and community development.
